Our Guarantee:

An unopened product can returned within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked.  The purchase price of the product - excluding shipping (to/from) - will be refunded upon receipt of the product in its original factory condition.  All returns must be authorized by P-touchlabels.com and shipped to a designated location:  normally 704 Main Street, Garland, Texas  75040.  Call about opened and used products that you want to return.  Opened and used products may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
